FAQs

What pallet sizes do you support?

1

All of them. EUR (1.2m x 0.8m / 3.9ft x 2.6ft), UK/US standard (1.2m x 1.0m / 3.9ft x 3.3ft), custom. Our vision system detects pallet dimensions and box layout in real time. No manual configuration. If the cobot can reach it, we handle it.

What cobots do you support?

Universal Robots and Omron today. More OEMs coming. Using a different brand? Reach out and let's talk.

How far can pallets be from the cobot?

3

As far as the arm can reach. Our software works within the cobot's full workspace regardless of where you place the pallet or how it's oriented. A UR20 reaches about 1750mm (69in) for reference. That's what AnyPallet Anywhere™ means.

How many pallets can you handle at once?

4

Up to 4 pallets around the robot. Place them anywhere within the cobot's reach, in any orientation. The system detects each pallet and works through them without reconfiguration.

What's included and what do I need to deploy?

5

The station ships fully integrated: cobot arm, gripper, depth camera, and built-in air compressor. You need one standard power outlet. If you have existing air supply on site, we use yours. No special infrastructure, no construction work.

Do you work with system integrators?

6

Yes. We are a system integrator ourselves, and we license our software to other SIs who want to offer their end customers capabilities that weren't possible before: mixed SKU pallets, adapting to pallet position changes, zero reconfiguration. We currently partner with integrators across the UK, USA, Norway, Netherlands, and Egypt.

What safety standards do you meet?

7

We run on collaborative robots certified to ISO 10218 and ISO/TS 15066. Our software does not alter the cobot's native safety systems. For full cell compliance, the risk assessment is handled as part of the standard deployment process.

ROI matters, and a station typically pays for itself within 18 months through labor savings and higher throughput. But that's not the full picture.

  • You can't hire enough people: 500K+ warehouse jobs are unfilled in the US alone. That number keeps growing.

  • Fewer injuries. Lower insurance: Repetitive heavy lifting is one of the top causes of warehouse worker injuries and compensation claims.

  • Uptime: Our system self-recovers from grip slips and jams. Less stalling, fewer human interventions, more predictable output per shift.

  • Small footprint: The station is compact and portable. It fits in tight spaces where traditional palletizing cells won't. No need to restructure your warehouse floor.

  • No warehouse restructuring: The robot adapts to your layout, your pallets, your process. Not the other way around.

  • Gets smarter over time: Yearly software upgrades mean your station improves without replacing hardware.
